Summary: This statement provides continued justification for the information collection requirements included in the final rulemaking for non-municipal units that may receive conditionally exempt small quantity generator (CESQG) wastes. In general, the final Criteria require that the following information be recorded in the facility operating record as it becomes available, and that this information be retained by the owner and made available to the State upon request: (1) Any location restriction demonstration required in Sections 257.8-257.9; and (2) Any monitoring, testing, or analytical data required in Sections 257.21- 257.28.p
