New Repatriation Bond Standard Rates established

"The department has updated the Standard Bond Rates or Repatriation Bonds required for Temporary Labor Certifications. The old rates expired on 2/23/07. A survey of airlines operating out of Guam was conducted and the new rates were based on the results of that survey. The new rates become effective for temporary labor certifications filed with the Guam DOL after 3/13/09 and remain in effect for a two year period ending on 3/13/11."
