Home Table 6. Summary of statistical area reporting between Study Fleet and Fishing Vessel Trip Report (FVTR) data for matched trips. Trips are categorized based on subtrips; a single subtrip trip is a trip in which fishing occurred in only one statistical area, multiple subtrip trips are defined as trips with fishing activity occurring in more than one statistical area. The number of trips compared may be less than the total number of matched trips because of missing area information in either data source. Percent totals may not sum to a hundred because of rounding differences.
