Office of Rep. Hoekstra, VFW Post 446 to Help Veterans Secure Medals

The office of U.S. Rep. Pete Hoekstra, R-Holland, and VFW Post 446 will host an event in Muskegon to assist area veterans in securing military service medals and commendations that were lost, never received or erroneously not issued.
The event is scheduled for 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Saturday, March 28 at VFW Post 446, 165 S. Getty St. Service will be provided by representatives from Hoekstra’s office and by area VFW posts.
All interested veterans and their families are invited to attend. Those planning to attend should bring with them a copy of their separation document to facilitate the process.
