Welcome

Parents have the responsibility, and should have the freedom, to care for, love and nurture their children.  In America, parents and not the government should determine how their children are raised and how they should be educated.

At a time when government at every level seems to encroach upon the ability of parents to choose the best for their children, it is important to preserve parents' rights in our Constitution.

Of course, there is a role for government to play in protecting children against abuse and neglect, and the Parents' Rights Constitutional Amendment explicitly preserves that right.  However, establishing parents' rights as fundamental would protect parents’ ability to raise their children against attack from government bureaucracy and international law.

Now is the time to empower parents and not policymakers.  Help preserve parents' rights both now and for future generations!
