If you have a problem involving a federal agency, my staff and I are always willing to assist you. While we cannot direct an agency to decide a matter in your favor, we can assist in bringing it to the attention of the proper officials and ensure that your case receives full consideration.

NOTE: The Federal Privacy Act requires written authorization from you allowing me to make inquiries on your behalf. In addition, more information may be required, so please have all the relevant documentation readily available.
