Title: Costs of NOx Controls for Utility Boilers: A Critical Review

Description:

Based upon the risks associated with acid rain and ozone precursors, as well as the needs of the regulated community, technology developers, and policy makers, the cost of NOx controls for coal-fired utility boilers was selected to be the subject of a critical review. The objectives are to identify the performance and cost data for these controls and evaluate publicly available predictive cost models. The study will attempt to consolidate the most relevant, up-to-date information on NO x control costs for utility boilers into single authoritative document.
