From here, create a pre-paid account or manage
an existing prepaid account.
A pre-paid account can be established
after creating a user account. Some on-line services
at the Colorado Department of State are not free, such
as Business e-filing. You can elect to pay for such
services with a credit card or with your pre-paid account.
A pre-paid account is a monetary account that can be
associated to your user account. You can fund this account
on-line with a credit card, or off-line by delivering
a check or money-order to the Colorado Secretary of
State's office.
As of October 1, 2004, the fees charged for searching
UCC, EFS and miscellaneous lien filings have been eliminated
and THESE SEARCHES ARE NOW FREE
