Strategic and Business Plan Development in Support of Enterprise GIS in Idaho

The goal of this project is a refined strategic plan and a business plan is to bring the strategy to life. Idaho stakeholders recognize the need for a formal approach and are eager to participate. The final strategic plan will support implementation of the Fifty States Initiative Action Plan, as well as serve the business of government in Idaho. Through a series of meetings, this project will better express stakeholder needs, explore the National States Geographic Information Council’s recommended coordination criteria, and identify sustainable means for Framework stewardship, effective governance, and implementation of a core infrastructure.
