Michel Hall was named after RADM Carl Michel who was the Chief Medical Officer of the Academy, Chief Medical Officer of the Coast Guard and Asst. Surgeon General USPHS from 1943-1946. Michel Hall contains the medical clinic, dental, optometry, pediatrics, a pharmacy and the VA hospital. If you are touring the Academy during the spring or summer, check out the west side of the building, roses of every shape and color are in bloom.
