The Academy’s Support Branch runs the Help Desk. Cadets, faculty and staff are assisted with all computer, phone and network problems. Cadet computer support is available during the day, as well as during evening hours and on Sunday afternoons and evenings.
There is a Regimental Information Systems Officer (RISO), who is a first-class cadet in charge of the computer division within the cadet corps. Each company has a Computer Information Officer (CISO) assigned to assist cadets in the barracks when the Help Desk is not available to them.
