The U.S. Department of Energy's State Energy Program (SEP) publishes online documents that states need to administer the program, fact sheets, and brochures that document the benefits the states derive from SEP.

DOE Guidance Documents 

Each year DOE issues guidance to the states that deal with administration of the State Energy Program and use of grant funding.

SEP Reports 

Read reports published by DOE and other organizations that document the results of the State Energy Program.

SEP State Fact Sheets 

States copublish these two-page fact sheets (both online and in print) with the State Energy Program about their SEP projects.
