With funding of $11.6 billion from the Recovery Act, the Office of Weatherization and Intergovernmental Program will significantly expand the existing Weatherization and State Energy Programs and provide funding to two new programs: the Energy Efficiency and Conservation Block Grant and the ENERGY STAR Appliance Rebate Programs.
