I value the concerns of his constituents in south Louisiana and enjoys talking with them about the issues that are important to them. To better communicate with the people of the Third Congressional District while I am in Washington, D.C., I occasionally hold telephone town hall meetings with constituents.  These meetings are an opportunity for south Louisianians to speak directly with me and voice their opinions.
