The E&J Compilation's Chronological Index is organized by the date of transmittal to Congress or publication in the Federal Register. To locate the E&J for a particular regulation, click on the link below that contains the year in which the E&J was published. Then, simply look up the title of the E&J and click on the Year/Link listed.
Another way to locate the E&J for a regulation is to use the Citation Index. In the Citation Index, all regulations that have a written E&Js are listed numerically, then chronologically -- it is organized by regulation part (e.g., to find the E&J for 11 CFR 100.1, follow the link for Part 100).
