This section contains quarterly information on thrift industry performance, statistical reports, studies of interest to the industry and data about the industry. It also contains supervision-related publications, publications for consumers and publications about the OTS, such as its Annual Report, its five-year Strategic Plan, its annual Performance Plan and its annual Financial Report.

Industry Performance

Quarterly information on the performance of the U.S. thrift industry, including data on earnings and profitability, return on assets, mortgage originations, asset quality and capital. 

Statistical Releases

Cost of Funds - Indices that are among those that federally chartered institutions may use in changing rates on adjustable-rate mortgage loans made in accordance with OTS Regulation 560.35.

Interest Rate Risk - Information on interest rate risk measures for savings associations.

Thrift Financial Report (TFR) Aggregated Data - TFR data filed by OTS-regulated institutions aggregated by U.S. total, geographical region, and state or territory.

Other Statistical Releases - Includes Fact Book and Thrift Industry Charge-Off Rates.
