NAGPRA InventoriesNAGPRA Inventories are item-by-item descriptions of human remains and associated funerary objects. Unlike the summaries, inventories were to be completed in consultation with Indian tribes and represent a decision by Reclamation as to the cultural affiliation of particular human remains or associated funerary objects. All five regions within Reclamation completed their inventories by November 16, 1995, and provided them to the culturally affiliated Indian tribes and to the National NAGPRA Program by May 16, 1996. New information or the discovery of previously unknown archaeological collections has necessitated amendments to all inventories.
