Noncompliance Tracking System Registration and Reporting
NTS Reporting
NTS Registration (For new registration and password changes)
REGISTRATION INFORMATION
The Office of Price-Anderson Enforcement, Department of Energy
(DOE) upgraded the Noncompliance Tracking System (NTS) and
went online on Monday, February 6, 2006. The new NTS provides
significant improvements in functionality and usability over
the old system in addition to integrating the functions necessary
to effectively support and manage 10 CFR Part 851 Worker Safety
and Health Program requirements. The new NTS system will replace
the current system.
Current users of the NTS system should review the information
below for instructions on how to re-register for your new
account.
NTS users who currently have Occurrence Reports &
Processing System (ORPS), Computerized Accident/Incident Reporting
System (CAIRS), Suspect Counterfeit Items (SCI), or Daily
Occurrence (DO) accounts are not required to do anything;
you will use those same credentials to log in to NTS. As a
convenience to users, the Office of Environment, Safety and
Health is eliminating the need for multiple passwords to access
EH systems. If you are not sure whether or not you have an
ORPS, CAIRS, SCI, or DO account, you can e-mail
the HSS User Support personnel and they will assist you.
NTS users who currently DO NOT have access to ORPS, CAIRS,
SCI or DO accounts must re-register for a new NTS account
by going to the following URL: https://registration.hss.doe.gov.
You will select the NTS system to follow the online instructions
to register your new account. If you have problems registering
for your new NTS account, please contact the HSS User Support at HSSUserSupport@hq.doe.gov as well.
NOTE: All users must have passwords that comply with DOE's
Cyber Security Requirements set forth in DOE G 205.3-13.
