Nathan Houser is a Senior Manager in Deloitte Consulting’s Federal Government consulting practice. He has experience leading and managing large-scale, public sector transformation programs with Government around the world – including US federal, state, and local governments, as well as internationally. Nathan plays a leadership role in Deloitte’s team for program management and homeland security services. In this capacity, Nathan has managed the full life-cycle of transformation activities- from organizational design and strategic planning through to the development and implementation of large package or custom-developed technology solutions. His specific focus is on deriving business value from IT investments by designing effective, low-risk, well-rounded program management and technology solutions that balance competing priorities.
