Enclosed is the Los Alamos
National Laboratory (LANL) Corrective Action Plan (CAP) for the DOE Order 5480.20A
Training Review conducted by the Los Alamos Site Office (LASO) and the National
Nuclear Security Administration (NNSA) Service Center. �This CAP
provides the results of the site-wide evaluation of the training and
qualification program for LANL committed to in my letter of September 17, 2004,
in response to your letter of August 6, 2004. �LASO has reviewed this with your staff. �NNSA Headquarters and LASO management will
work with the Board to ensure continuity and progress toward addressing
identified training issues within the context of the Operation Efficiency
project.
