Before you begin your computer-based program, it is important that you read the following notes. There are some items you should be aware of regarding plug-ins and different web browsers. Answers to problems you may experience are also addressed in the notes. You may refer back to this page should your program not work correctly.

Computer-Based Training Modules and Quizzes - Requires Authorware Installation

Important Notes Relating to the Authorware Web Player:

• You must use Internet Explore or Firefox on a Windows PC to complete the training,  Authorware training will not work on Macs.
• You must download and install the authorware web player before running the training.
• The Authorware Web Player can be downloaded and installed for free from Macromedia's website.
• If you are using Internet Explorer, you cannot have your Internet Security set on "High". Internet Exploreer is by default set on "Medium".
• If you do not have a Windows PC, you may use a colleague's PC or the computers at the NCI-Frederick Scientific Library to take quizzes and view training modules.
