Roseann Gonzales-Schreiner
Director, Office of Program and Policy Services

Roseann Gonzales-Schreiner is the Director of the Office of Program and Policy Services (OPPS) for the Bureau of Reclamation in Denver, Colorado. Her office serves as the principal staff within Reclamation for developing, formulating and ensuring uniform application of natural resources policies, directives and standards, and regulations, and also manages Reclamation's Water 2025, Title 16 and drought programs. Roseann has 20 years of federal service in the Department of the Interior, primarily with the Bureau of Reclamation.

Roseann earned a Master of Public Administration degree from the John F. Kennedy School of Government at Harvard University. A native of Albuquerque, New Mexico, she also has a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from the University of New Mexico.

Roseann, her husband, Tom, and their two children reside in Lakewood, Colorado.
