Refrigerated Beverage Vending Machines

The U.S. Department or Energy (DOE) is required by the Energy Policy and Conservation Act, as amended in section 135(c)(4) of the Energy Policy Act of 2005, to establish energy conservation standards for refrigerated, bottled, or canned beverage vending machines. (42 U.S.C. 6295 (v)(1)-(3)).
