11/85 - 6/91 Defense Contractor Engineer/Analyst Conducted operational analysis of warfare systems for the Navy.
5/78 - 10/85 U.S. Navy Submarine Officer Managed R&D programs to ensure strategic assets were secure against adversaries.  Qualified Submarines and Engineer Officer
