The Tax Forms Outlet Program (TFOP) is a voluntary program that provides taxpayers with access to tax forms and related products in their local communities. Because of the decline in the demand for paper products new participation is limited.

Publication 4596 IRS Tax Products Referral Poster, which allows outlets to personalize their information or refers customers to alternate locations to obtain tax products, is now available.
