On August 22, 2003, the Department of the Treasury's Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) issued two general licenses under the Burmese sanctions regulations, including one affecting remittances and other banking services. A copy of the general licenses along with a copy of Executive Order 13310 dated July 28, 2003, are included as attachments.
