On March 15, 2002, the Director of the Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) authorized address changes for two entities on OFAC's Specially Designated Nationals and Blocked Persons list.
Attached is a copy of the OFAC bulletin announcing the changes. Also attached is information from OFAC containing all changes to the list of Specially Designated Nationals and Blocked Persons since January 1, 2002. OFAC has asked that we distribute the information to all FDIC-supervised institutions so records can be checked for accounts that are required to be blocked. OFAC information also may be found on the Internet at www.treas.gov/offices/enforcement/ofac/ .
