SECTION B — SUPPLIES OR SERVICES AND PRICES-COSTSB.1 PRICING OVERVIEW

The U.S. Bankruptcy Court, in Denver, Colorado (the Court) is requesting proposals in anticipation of a

contract for local dial tone services and other related facilities, services, and items for the geographical area

described herein. The contract will encompass all costs associated with providing digital and analog

facilities and local dial tone services and trunks, including monthly recurring charges, usage charges, one-time

installation charges, and support for ongoing system maintenance over the life of the contract (up to 60

months).

The Contractor shall furnish all personnel, materials, services, equipment and items necessary to perform the

requirements and specifications set forth in this contract. All travel expenses shall be included as part of the

contract costs and shall be based on the Judiciary Travel Regulation (JTR).
