ORDER TERMINATING TERMINATION OF INSURANCE PROCEEDINGS

   IT IS HERBY ORDERED, that the Findings of Unsafe or Unsound Practices and Condition and Order of Correction issued on January 20, 1987, and the Notice of Intention to Terminate Insured Status and Order Setting Hearing issued on February 12, 1988, against The Commonwealth Bank, Bellaire, Texas, by the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation pursuant to section 8(a) of the Federal Deposit Insurance Act, 12 U.S.C. § 1818(a), be, and hereby are, terminated.
   Dated at Dallas, Texas, this 18th day of September, 1991.
