The Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation ("FDIC") and the Office of Financial and Insurance Services for the State of Michigan ("OFIS") hereby issue this ORDER TERMINATING ORDER TO CEASE AND DESIST, terminating all provisions of the Order to Cease and Desist entered on May 12, 2005, against Muskegon Commerce Bank, Muskegon, Michigan, pursuant to section 8(b) of the Federal Deposit Insurance Act, 12 U.S.C. §1818(b), and section 2304 of the Michigan Banking Code of 1999, Mich. Comp. Laws §487.12304.
