ORDER TERMINATING ORDER TO CEASE AND DESIST

The Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation and Department of Financial and Professional Regulation for the State of Illinois hereby issue this ORDER TERMINATING ORDER TO CEASE AND DESIST, terminating all provisions of the Order to Cease and Desist jointly entered on April 24, 2003 against Fairview State Banking Company, Fairview, Illinois, ("Bank") pursuant to section 8(b) of the Federal Deposit Insurance Act, 12 U.S.C. §1818(b), and section 48(6) of the Illinois Banking Act, 205 ILCS 5/48(6).

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED, that the Order to Cease and Desist entered against the Bank on April 24, 2003 be, and hereby is, terminated.
