ORDER TERMINATING ORDER TO CEASE AND DESIST

   The Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation ("FDIC") and the State of Illinois, Office of Banks and Real Estate ("OBRE"), hereby issue this ORDER TERMINATING ORDER TO CEASE AND DESIST, terminating all provisions of the Order to Cease and Desist jointly entered on October 25, 2002, against Family Bank and Trust Co., Palos Hills, Illinois ("Bank"), pursuant to section 8(b) of the Federal Deposit Insurance Act, 12 U.S.C. §1818(b), and section 48(6) of the Illinois Banking Act, 205 ILCS 5/48(6).

   IT IS HEREBY ORDERED, that the ORDER TO CEASE AND DESIST issued against the Bank on October 25, 2002, be, and hereby is, terminated.

   Pursuant to delegated authority.
