WHEREAS, a NOTICE OF INTENTION TO TERMINATE INSURED STATUS,
FINDINGS, AND ORDER SETTING HEARING was issued with respect to First
Alliance Bank and Trust Company, Manchester, New Hampshire ("First
Alliance"), on December 19, 2000.
WHEREAS, First Alliance was closed on February 2, 2001 by the State of
New Hampshire Banking Department.
Accordingly, pursuant to Section 303.275(a) of the Federal Deposit
Insurance Corporation's Rules and Regulations, 12 CFR 303.275(a), it
is ORDERED that this proceeding be and hereby is terminated.
