Effective January 19, 1998, the Capital Bank, Miami, Florida, name was changed to Union Planters Bank of Florida, Miami, Florida.

NOTICE OF SUSPENSION
AND PROHIBITION

   IT IS ORDERED, that the NOTICE OF SUSPENSION AND PROHIBITION issued against Bernard Feinberg, as an officer and/or director of Jefferson State Bank, Chicago, Illinois, pursuant to section 8(g) of the Federal Deposit Insurance Act, 12 U.S.C. § 1818(g), on February 8, 1974, be, and hereby is, withdrawn and the proceeding initiated thereby be, and hereby is, terminated.
