   A Notice of Charges and of Hearing was issued by the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation ("FDIC") against Bank St. Croix, Roberts, Wisconsin ("Bank") and Steven J. Hirsch on December 23, 1996. The Bank was sold to Citizens Bancshares of Woodville, Inc., Woodville, Wisconsin on November 7, 1997. Therefore an Order Withdrawing Notice of Charges and of Hearing Terminating Proceedings was issued November 13, 1997 by the FDIC.
