TO CEASE AND DESIST

   IT IS HEREBY ORDERED, that the Order to Cease and Desist issued against Fred Schamburg, as institution-affiliated party of Bank of Hydro, Hydro, Oklahoma, pursuant to section 8(b) of the Federal Deposit Insurance Act, 12 U.S.C. § 1818(b), on March 27, 1990, be, and hereby is, terminated.
   All of the terms and conditions of the Order to Cease and Desist issued against Richard Dibler, on March 27, 1990, remain in full force and effect.
   Dated at Dallas, Texas, this 25th day of January, 1994.
