IT IS HEREBY ORDERED, that the civil money penalty of $1,200.00 assessed against Citizens Bank of Jonesboro, Jonesboro, Arkansas, for the late filing of its March 31, 1992 Consolidated Reports of Condition and Income, pursuant to section 7(a)(1) of the Federal Deposit Insurance Act, 12 U.S.C. § 1817(a)(1), be, and hereby is, withdrawn.
