IT IS HEREBY ORDERED, that the Order to Cease and Desist issued against First State Bank of Franklin County, Phil Campbell, Alabama (now known as Citizens Bank and Savings Company, Russellville, Alabama), by the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation on December 20, 1991, pursuant to section 8(b) of the Federal Deposit Insurance Act, 12 U.S.C. § 1818(b), be, and hereby is, terminated.
