IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the termination of insurance proceedings initiated on December 10, 1991 against Exchange National Bank of Moore, Moore, Oklahoma, by the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation in the above captioned matter, pursuant to section 8(a)(2) of the Federal Deposit Insurance Act, 12 U.S.C. § 1818(a)(2), be, and hereby are terminated.
