   IT IS HEREBY ORDERED, that the temporary order in the above-captioned action issued pursuant to section 8(c) of the Federal Deposit Insurance Act ("Act"), 12 U.S.C. § 1818(c), on June 11, 1992, and the corresponding proceeding pursuant to section 8(b) of the Act, 12 U.S.C. § 1818(b), be, and hereby are, terminated as to Respondents Carl Borodenko, James M. Davenport, Frederick V. Miller, Albert E. Dexter, Jr., Dominick A. Pagano, William Vivian, and Brookfield Bank, Brookfield, Connecticut (Insured State Nonmember Bank—In Receivership).
