IT IS HEREBY ORDERED, that the NOTICE OF CHARGES AND OF HEARING issued pursuant to section 8(b) of the Federal Deposit Insurance Act, 12 U.S.C. § 1818(b), on August 9, 1991, against the Greene County Bank, Strafford, Missouri, by the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation, pursuant to delegated authority, be, and hereby is, withdrawn.
