   IT IS HEREBY ORDERED, that the Order to Cease and Desist issued against Union Security Bank and Trust Company, Gonzales, Louisiana (now known a The Louisiana National Security Bank, Donaldsonville, Louisiana), pursuant to section 8(b) of the Federal Deposit Insurance ACT, 12 u.s.c. § 1818(B), on November 16, 1987, and subsequently modified on October 3, 1988, be, and hereby is, terminated.
