ORDER OF INVESTIGATION

   It is ORDERED, that the ORDER OF INVESTIGATION issued under 12 U.S.C. § 1820(c) and 12 C.F.R. Part 308, dated August 9, 1989, by John W. Stone, Associate Director of the Division of Supervision, and Thomas A. Rose, Deputy General Counsel, concerning William F. Wallace, Jr. an officer, director and/or a person participating in the conduct of the affairs of The First State Bank, Bishop, Texas, be and is hereby terminated.
   Dated this 14th day of May, 1991.
