IT IS HEREBY ORDERED, that the Findings of Unsafe or Unsound Practices and Condition and Order to Correction issued against American Bank, N.A., Rio Rancho, New Mexico, by the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation on November 29, 1988, pursuant to section 8(a) of the Federal Deposit Insurance Act, 12 U.S.C. § 1818(a), be, and hereby are, terminated.
