IT IS HEREBY ORDERED, that the proceeding against Boundary Waters State Bank, Ely, Minnesota ("Bank"), initiated by the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation ("FDIC") on April 9, 1990, pursuant to section 8(b) of the Federal Deposit Insurance Act, 12 U.S.C. § 1818(b), be, and hereby is, terminated.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED, that the ORDER issued on April 9, 1990, against the Bank by the FDIC, pursuant to section 8(c) of the Federal Deposit Insurance Act, 12 U.S.C. § 1818(c), be, and hereby is, terminated.
