IT IS HEREBY ORDERED, that the termination of insurance proceedings initiated on November 29, 1988, against Probank National Association, The Woodlands, Texas, by the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation, in the above-captioned matter, pursuant to section 8(a)(2) of the Federal Deposit Insurance Act, 12 U.S.C. § 1818(a)(2), be, and hereby are, terminated.
