IT IS HEREBY ORDERED, that the Notification To Primary Regulator of Findings issued against Midway National Bank, Dallas, Texas, by the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation on March 6, 1990, pursuant to section 8(a) of the Federal Deposit Insurance Act, 12 U.S.C. §1818(a), be, and hereby is, terminated.
