IT IS HEREBY ORDERED, that the Findings of Unsafe or Unsound Practices and Condition and Order of Correction issued on November 29, 1988, and the Notice of Intention to Terminate Insured Status and Order Setting Hearing issued on December 5, 1989, against Trinity National Bank of Dallas, Dallas, Texas, by the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation, pursuant to section 8(a) of the Federal Deposit Insurance Act, 12 U.S.C. §1818(a), be, and hereby are, terminated.
