IT IS HEREBY ORDERED, that the NOTICE OF CHARGES AND OF HEARING issued on November 20, 1989, against Dennis Anderson, Harry Barnard, Dwayne Breukelman, Richard Corcoran, and Robert Walters, individually and as Institution-Affiliated Parties of First State Bank of Good Thunder, Good Thunder, Minnesota, by the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation, pursuant to section 8(b) of the Federal Deposit Insurance Act, 12 U.S.C. §1818(b), be, and hereby is, withdrawn.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED, that the prior ORDER WITHDRAWING NOTICE OF CHARGES AND OF HEARING issued on April 9, 1990, in the case captioned "In the Matter of First State Bank of Good Thunder, Good Thunder, Minnesota, Docket No. FDIC-89-216b," be, and hereby is, withdrawn.
