IT IS HEREBY ORDERED, that the termination of insurance proceeding initiated on October 12, 1989, against Central Dakota Bank, Lehr, North Dakota, by the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation, pursuant to section 8(a)(2) of the Federal Deposit Insurance Act, 12 U.S.C. §1818(a)(2), be, and hereby is, terminated.
